How do I get a defective/unused item replaced?
Returns are accepted only in case of damages to the product. Returns will NOT be accepted for the following reasons.
1. You have changed your mind about the purchase.
2. The product did not match with certain assumptions you had made during the purchase.
3. The product color looks different from what you saw on the computer/mobile.
4. You don’t like the product you have bought.
Drop a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, sending us the image of the concerned product, also courier us the parcel which needs to reach us within 7 days of informing us.
The defective/unused product will be recalled and a replacement product of your choice to equal value will be shipped immediately. No refunds.

Condition of Items returned:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. They must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer’s containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
How do I cancel an order on swantheboutique.com?
For outright cancellations by you:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the amount as soon as possible if you have paid for your order.
If the cancellation request is received after your product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the same.
Will you accept returns if I have bought products in SALE?
No. If your order contains products sold in SALE, we would not accept any returns/exchange/replacement requests. Sale products are final sale only.
